Help! The data wasn't found. Now what?

There's various reasons that data may not show up. Here are a few things to check:

Did you close the session?

Make sure your ISTA session is closed.

If ISTA crashed without closing the session there's nothing we can do.

Has it been long enough?

In most cases it takes 2-3 minutes for data to transfer from ISTA to DiagDrive. If it's only been a minute or two, try again in a couple of minutes.

Are IPS services running? (This will affect the entire shop)

Contact your ISPI admin to check for running IPS service on ISPA Hub. Here's how to check:

• Open ISPI Admin client.
• Click on "Tools".
• Click on "IPS Check".
• Click on "Start IPS Check" button.
• If you see a , it is working, if you see a contact your ISPI Admin to fix IPS services by restarting the IPS service on the Hub or restart the Hub itself.

What's the new name?

DiagDrive

Why?

In a nutshell, we got in a trademark dispute with BMW NA and BMW AG over the use of the word FASTA. BMW also had some other concerns because they thought we were sharing vehicle data online, we don't.

In the end we settled on FASTA Reader being renamed.

When is this happening?

In September we will rebrand the software, our website and emails to DiagDrive.

Is there anything I have to do?

The transition for the software running at your store will be seamless. The software will update with the new branding once we push the update and will work just like it did before.
